Q: Can I just order the digital download?  
A: Different package options available including digital downloads. Option to order individual and team photo as well. 

Q: Where do I pick up the pictures?
A: Physical prints will be mailed directly to families once ordered.

Q: Will there be a make up picture day?
A: Yes, make up picture day will be at Mt. Vista Park. First come, first serve. Date and time to be announced.

Q: Can siblings on opposite teams take a picture together?
A: Yes, siblings can definitely take a picture together as well as friends/buddies.

Q: Will there be forms to fill out for pictures the day of?
A: No, there are no forms to be filled out at any time. As pictures are being taken, we will upload them to our website and send everyone an email/text with a link to view and order pictures, usually within minutes of them being taken, so they will be able to see the picture before they order and order within minutes of the individual pictures being taken. Team pictures do take a couple of days to be created but orders can be placed before they are done.

Q: I have a parent say they cannot make our picture time slot, can they come throughout the day?
A: Yes, they can come anytime however they are not guaranteed a short wait time. If it gets too busy, they can always come to make up picture day.

Q: My son has to be there at 10:20am for Majors pics, can my daughter take her coach pitch one at the same time since they will be headshots and not a group picture?
A: Yes, we can do your daughter's picture at the same time as your son's team. She may not be in height order with her team but beyond that, it will make no difference so we can definitely do that for you.

Q: What if I'm not receiving any picture day emails?
A: Everyone should be getting email alerts from TSS Photography about picture day coming up. If not, check your spam folder.
